Recent studies show that the best time to count on user engagement is on a Friday. That’s when your posts are more likely to receive more comments, shares and likes – why? Fridays are the gateway to the weekend, which means people spend less time working and more time scrolling.

There is an optimal time to tweet.
Twitter users – TrackMaven came up with precise timing for maximizing your chances of getting retweeted. The best time to tweet during the day is from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m North American time and is best done on Sunday. Apparently, late night is the ideal moment, given the volume of content is lower.

A recent study showed that 58% of marketers considered blog posts and expert articles the most important social content.

There is an art to hashtagging.
Here’s what we found most people agree on works for each platform.

  • Twitter – 1 to 3 hashtags work best.
  • Facebook – hashtags may reduce engagement.
  • YouTube – No more than 15.
  • Instagram – 10 or more hashtags per post to get the most attention.
  • TikTok – It’s relatively new, so there’s no consensus yet.

There is a Duet feature on TikTok.
The Duet feature on Tiktok allows you to reply to a video with a video itself to show your reactions, imitate dance moves, or add creative effects to interact with the original video. Duets is one if the main and favourite ways users engage in Tiktok challenges and the whole community.

You can mass unfollow inactive accounts on Instagram.
