Nanosonics is an Australian infection prevention company that has successfully cultivated and commercialised a unique automated disinfection technology – Trophons.
As a global force and growing company, they had several significant objectives to meet when fulfilling their Salesforce and Pardot build.
OITC met those needs with the implementation of Service Cloud, Communities, Knowledge, Salesforce CMS, CONGA and a complete overhaul of their existing Pardot instance. Given the project’s scope, the Nanosonics build spanned over 12 months.
As a result, they have a solid business foundation, enabling them to scale with confidence, automated lead flows to guarantee the right salespeople were sent the right leads, the ability to merge multiple records and to efficiently increase their distributor on boarding and tracking after implementation by giving distributors a self-service go-to portal – plus a whole lot more.
